Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Watchman to ensure the security and well-being of everyone at Mercopampa Transportes' facilities, supervising areas and controlling access. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Night Watchman to join the Mercopampa Transportes team. This is a critical role in ensuring the security and well\-being of all employees and visitors at our facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising common areas, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors, and maintaining a calm and secure environment during the night shift. You will be responsible for conducting regular facility inspections, verifying that everything is in order and checking for signs of intrusion or anomalies. Additionally, you must control building access by verifying credentials of visitors and employees, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry. In case of emergencies, you must act quickly and efficiently to ensure everyone's safety. Prior experience in security or front-desk positions is highly valued. Knowledge of first aid and use of security equipment is an advantage. It is essential that you possess a responsible, communicative, and proactive attitude. Ability to work night shifts and availability to work on weekends when required are important requirements.
