We are a **national franchise network specializing in accessories**, and we are hiring a **Smartphone Maintenance Technician** for full-time employment. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Performing technical repairs on smartphones, tablets, iPads, Apple Watches, and smartwatches (multi-brand). * Conducting diagnostics, opening, and tracking service orders. * Replacing screens, batteries, charging connectors, front and rear glass. * Updating software and performing application and file backups. * Managing inventory, organizing the lab, and maintaining tools. * Communicating with suppliers and customers to provide service status updates. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed technical vocational course. * Proven experience in mobile phone maintenance. * Strong communication skills, empathetic and professional demeanor. **What We Value:** * Organization and commitment. * Proactivity and results-oriented focus. * Extensive knowledge of electronics and technical repairs. **Benefits:** * Fixed salary \+ 4% commission * Bonuses and earnings starting from R$ 3\.500 * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance. **Work Schedule:** * Rotation: **6 days on, 1 day off** * Working hours: **12 PM to 8 PM (Monday to Saturday), 44 hours per week.** * Employment type: **CLT – Permanent** Minimum Education: Technical Vocational Course
