This professional will play an essential role in preserving our facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as actively contributing to the cleanliness and order of common areas—serving as a key support to their direct supervisor. If you are organized, possess technical knowledge, and value a well-maintained environment, this position is for you! **Daily Responsibilities:** * Maintenance Operations: * Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems (valves, faucets, leaks), including unclogging simple pipes. * Work on low-voltage electrical installations, such as replacing components (switches, outlets, circuit breakers), assembling light fixtures, and identifying short circuits. * Perform masonry and painting tasks (small walls, touch-ups, floor and tile repairs). * Inspect and carry out preventive maintenance on equipment (water pumps, simple exhaust fans). * Maintain control and organization of the tool and supply storage room. * Supervise and assist contracted specialized service teams. **Cleaning and Preservation:** * Conduct daily and deep cleaning of all common areas (lobby, elevators, garages, party hall, social restrooms, staircases). * Collect, sort, and properly dispose of garbage according to condominium policies. * Clean windows and mirrors in accessible locations. * Clean sidewalks, courtyards, and outdoor areas, including removal of leaves and debris. * Support garden area preservation through watering and minor interventions. **Logistics:** Drive and maintain the condominium’s small vehicle used to transport cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment required for daily activities. **Desired Profile:** * In-depth Technical Knowledge: In hydraulics, electricity, and civil construction (maintenance). * Organization and Practicality: To efficiently manage tasks and materials. * Effective Communication: To interact with staff, residents, and suppliers. * Sense of Urgency and Responsibility: To handle unexpected situations and ensure environmental safety. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Solid experience in building maintenance and/or general services within condominiums. * Valid Class B driver’s license (CNH) and proven driving experience. * Full availability for the stated working hours.
