Description
**Responsibilities:**
* Install, maintain, calibrate, and commission instruments and control and automation systems;
* Perform calibration and maintenance services on measurement instruments (pressure, flow, level, temperature, among others);
* Carry out commissioning of instruments and automation systems in new projects or expansions;
* Configure, parameterize, and test devices and controllers such as PLCs, HMIs, transmitters, and converters;
* Conduct corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on instrumentation, automation, and electrical systems;
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of electrical panels, substations, PLCs, control systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks;
* Analyze failures, propose, and implement technical solutions focused on continuous improvement of systems;
* Plan and monitor maintenance routines and automation-related projects;
* Identify materials and technical specifications required for project execution and operational improvements;
* Prepare technical reports on calibration, implementation, maintenance, and non-conformities;
* Comply with and enforce safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures (NR-10, NR-12, among others);
* Support supervision in operational routines and guide the team in infrastructure assembly and cable laying.
**Requirements and Skills:**
* **Completed technical education** in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Electrotechnology, or related fields;
* **Proven experience** in automation and instrumentation within industrial environments;
**Required Technical Knowledge:**
* Industrial instrumentation: sensors, transmitters, control valves, and measurement systems;
* PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and industrial networks (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.);
* Configuration software for instruments and PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley);
* Reading and interpretation of electrical, electronic, control, and P&ID diagrams;
* Maintenance of automation and instrumentation systems in industrial and commercial building environments;
* Microsoft Office suite and technical software (AutoCAD, calibration tools, etc.);
* **Valid NR-10 certification (mandatory)**.
* **Driver's license:** CNH Category B;
* **Willingness to travel.**
**Desirable:**
* Experience in instrumentation maintenance for sanitation systems, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings;
* Updated training courses in **NR-10** and **NR-35**.
