Issue import invoices **Billing Assistant** Join Engetron, the largest national industry for developing and manufacturing IoT-enabled UPS systems. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Financial Management or Accounting; * Minimum 1 year of experience; **The professional will be responsible for:** * Invoicing sales service orders, after-sales service orders, and service orders; * Preparing billing reports; * Supporting correspondence dispatch control; * Issuing import invoices; * Analyzing sales orders; **Desired Knowledge:** · Understanding of tax and fiscal legislation; · Fiscal tax; · Electronic invoice (NF-e); · Computerized billing system; · Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information.** · On-site work in Contagem/MG; · Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, Monday to Friday **Benefits:** · Unimed Health Plan with no employee contribution; · Dental plan; · Transportation allowance; · Meals provided at the company; · Additional one-third vacation bonus.
