Key challenges for the Assistant Professor I \- Data Science Project VI, Belo Horizonte, Ibmec are: * Serving as the primary agent in implementing our institutions' pedagogical proposals, facilitating the learning process, delivering the full course syllabus and scheduled class hours, and continuously stimulating students' interest in study, reflection, and pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilizing available teaching materials and encouraging students to consult discipline-related bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Adhering to deadlines specified in the academic calendar, as well as fulfilling requests from the respective course coordinator; * Recording attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other curriculum component-related information via electronic gradebook within deadlines defined by the academic calendar; * Contributing to preparatory activities for the ENADE exam; * Supervising students' capstone projects; * Employing active learning methodologies and flipped classroom approaches in teaching. 2511270202401889271
