**Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure the development and maintenance of maintenance systems, ensuring compliance with Caterpillar Best Practices and support for contract operations. Prepare and validate technical failure reports (AFA), identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the manufacturer. Manage warranty-related activities, ensuring expense control in accordance with the approved budget. Lead team management activities, promoting professional development, performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and alignment of tasks. Support continuous improvement of Services and Contracts operations by proposing technologies, tools, and solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and reduce repair time.
