**Telemarketing** **Location:** Jardim Montanhês – Belo Horizonte/MG **| Employment Type:** On-site | CLT **Schedule: Fixed rotating shift – 12 hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) | 12x36** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide telephone support to members; * Initiate and monitor claims; * Arrange towing and assistance services; * Guide members on procedures and coverage; * Record interactions and information in the system; * Route incidents to the responsible departments; * Ensure courteous, secure, and efficient service; * Assist in resolving received requests promptly. **Requirements** * High school diploma; * Experience in customer service, call centers, telemarketing, or assistance is preferred; * Basic computer skills; * Proficiency in using systems; * Easy access to the Jardim Montanhês neighborhood – Belo Horizonte. **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting salary: R$ 1.739,00; * Meal allowance: average of R$ 450,00 (R$ 30,00 per working day); * Transportation allowance.
