We are seeking an Occupational Safety Technician with experience in infrastructure construction projects to work on accident prevention and regulatory compliance.

We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technician in Belo Horizonte
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma required \- Technical Course in Occupational Safety with registration at the Ministry of Labor (M.T.E.) – mandatory.
* Minimum 12 months of experience in infrastructure construction.
* Proven prior experience with risk analysis skills and knowledge of applying NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards).
* Knowledge of administrative processes related to the role – report preparation, CAT issuance, etc.
* Registration with the Ministry of Labor required.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Legislation and Regulations: familiarity with applicable legislation and regulations in the field of occupational safety
* Knowledge of accident prevention practices.
* Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word): used for spreadsheet development, reporting, and process control. Intermediate Excel proficiency is a plus.
**Interpersonal Skills:**
* Organizational and planning ability.
* Strong communication skills to interact with field teams, engineers, suppliers, and clients.
* Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
* Teamwork and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Other Requirements:**
* Employment type: Direct hire (CLT).
* Valid driver's license (Class B) and practical driving experience.
