Ensuring patient safety and infection prevention CLT Contagem / MG ##### **Description** Take over the shift at the scheduled time to monitor patient progress and develop nursing care plans; Attend to patients by performing basic nursing care as prescribed and assist physicians during invasive procedures; Ensure compliance with patient safety standards, including identification wristbands, risk prevention measures, and standardized infection prevention protocols issued by SESA, among others; Monitor patients' vital signs every 2 hours (pulse, respiration, oxygen saturation, temperature, and blood pressure) per medical prescriptions and/or whenever necessary, promptly reporting any abnormalities to the unit nurse and the on-duty physician; Record vital signs on the fluid balance chart and in patients' electronic medical records; Administer the correct medication as prescribed by the physician, verifying timing, dosage, medication appearance, route of administration, and patient identification; Perform wound dressings under the nurse's guidance, adhering to aseptic techniques, documenting wound characteristics in the patient's medical record, and immediately notifying the nurse in case of doubts or difficulties, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Technical Nursing Course / Active COREN registration / Experience in ICU. \*\* Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD) \*\* ##### **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance * Meals provided at the workplace * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Job Posting Date: 07/05/2026
