Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on continuous improvement **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Serve as a reference for the entire nursing team regarding nursing care and operational staff, supporting the performance of clinical and administrative processes, promoting the highest standard of service in accordance with safety and humanization standards, maintaining smooth unit operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance, managing conflict situations, and providing nursing care whenever necessary.
