Job Summary: Plan, guide, and supervise industrial maintenance teams to ensure proper operation of machines, equipment, and systems, minimizing downtime. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance teams. 2. Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. 3. Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects. Plan, guide, and supervise industrial maintenance teams to ensure proper operation of industrial machines, equipment, and systems, minimize downtime, and guarantee achievement of production and safety targets. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance teams. * Assign tasks and monitor service execution; * Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; * Monitor maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, availability); * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Request and manage spare parts, tools, and materials; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects; * Diagnose failures in industrial equipment; * Maintain organization of workshops and technical areas; * Train and guide team members. **RequirementsEducation** * Completed technical education in: * Mechanical Engineering * Electromechanical Engineering * Electrical Engineering * Industrial Automation * or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management; * NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35 certifications; * Knowledge of TPM, PCM, and Lean Manufacturing.
