




Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, organization of the workstation, and ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with food quality and safety standards Assist in designated food pre-preparation and preparation tasks under the supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill production process stages. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. 1. Pre-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3. Assemble and replenish food items; 4. Ensure final product presentation; 5. Conduct product tasting and approval (when responsible for the shift); 6. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7. Collect and identify food samples; 8. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas; 9. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards and occupational safety standards during task execution, as outlined in the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10. Perform related tasks; 11. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Academic Qualification: Completed Elementary Education (preferred), minimum literacy required.
