We believe in the potential of each student — supporting them consistently, listening attentively, and delivering excellence until the end of their academic journey. **Our performance is living proof that our pedagogical approach works, is solid, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Food Preparation and Organization:** Prepare food hygienically and systematically following hygiene best practices guidelines; ensure meals are served at scheduled times; strictly follow the menu prescribed by the nutritionist. * **Student Service and Sales:** Sell products; provide courteous, safe, and organized service; ensure students’ positive dining hall experience. * **Inventory and Expiry Control:** Monitor inventory levels; properly separate food items; discard expired items; place restocking orders; store items correctly. * **Safety and Compliance:** Store food and chemicals separately; restrict unauthorized access; wear mandatory PPE; notify supervisor immediately in case of accidents. * **Professional Conduct and Collaboration:** Work attentively, meticulously, and collaboratively; maintain discipline, respect, and nonviolent communication; avoid rumors and ensure regular attendance. * **Supporting Unit Routines and Events:** Assist with events, on-call duties, instructional Saturdays, and exam days — as required by the unit. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Dynamism and organization; * Flexibility to handle unexpected situations; * Ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in this role; **Additional Information** **Unit** Coleguium Educational Network **Workload** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday \+ instructional Saturdays) **Salary** R$1\.600 **Benefits** Transportation Voucher; Basic Food Basket Allowance (R$140 starting from the first month worked); 100% Coleguium Tuition Scholarship for school-age children (excluding bilingual program units); Discounted Unimed health and dental insurance (co-payment plan); 40% scholarship for courses or undergraduate studies through SAAEMG union; Present in Minas Gerais and Pará, we are the school entrusted with the mission of delivering high-quality education grounded in respect and inclusiveness, shaping conscious citizens prepared to transform their own lives and the world.
