Point of support for resolving operational issues We are looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** to lead and supervise operational activities, ensuring adherence to work routines, team productivity, and service quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and guide the operational team in daily activities; * Assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure service quality; * Control the use of materials and equipment to prevent waste; * Train and onboard new employees when necessary; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards; * Report to the supervisor/manager on activity progress and potential improvement needs; * Act as a point of support for resolving operational issues. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in operational leadership roles; * Ability to manage teams and handle multiple demands; * Strong communication, organizational, and proactive skills; * Basic computer literacy is a plus; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Starting at R$3.262,41 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
