Support for financial and asset management routines Perform administrative support activities, including execution of administrative routines and support for other departmental demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: * Perform tasks related to administrative support; * Prepare control spreadsheets; * Manage motorcycle courier demands; * Monitor fleet-related processes, such as vehicle leasing, traffic fines, and damages; * Monitor contractual documentation within the department’s management and other necessary service provisions; * Monitor graphic services arrangements; * Support the company’s fixed assets inventory; * Support accounts payable and receivable activities; * Register service and material invoices; * Perform other related duties, as determined by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: * High school diploma or currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Financial Management, or related fields. * Experience in administrative routines; * Advanced Excel skills. **Additional Information** Employment regime: CLT Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
