Santa Helena neighborhood. Responsible for food preparation: · Preparation of seasonings, · Portioning and separation of ingredients, · Labeling and storage. · Cutting, peeling, grating, and pre-cooking ingredients; slicing. · All pre-preparation tasks for the Units. Cleaning of equipment, materials, and the workplace.
