**HR ANALYST:** End-to-end recruitment and selection for operational and strategic positions; managing the entire selection process until candidate approval by the hiring manager; sending offer letters; receiving onboarding documentation and forwarding it to HR; monitoring the probationary period; supporting and participating in training initiatives, internal marketing, events, and other internal activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** Completed or currently enrolled in the 8th semester of Psychology (active CRP registration). Experience in high-volume selection processes.
