Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst to review requirements, create and execute test plans, track bugs, and ensure software quality while collaborating with internal and distributed teams. Experience with Azure DevOps **Description:** ---------------- Review requirements, specifications, and technical project documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback; Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases; Estimate and execute testing activities; Meticulously track, identify, log, and document bugs; Develop and apply testing processes for both new and existing products to meet customer needs; Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements; Track quality assurance metrics, such as defect density and counts of open defects. **Requirements:** ----------------- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; \+5 years of experience in software development projects, working within a Quality Assurance team; Intermediate/advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes; Experience executing manual tests and working with client\-server architectures; Experience creating clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases; Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development; Experience working with distributed teams; Experience with Azure DevOps; Railway project experience is desirable.
