This ensures the quality of our logistics operations and also strengthens our culture of collaboration and agility. ***Your Mission*** Responsible for auditing and proposing improvements to operations, ensuring standardization of security processes within the SOC. ***Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** * Conduct training sessions for colleagues in the Security Department and other internal stakeholders; * Ensure that employees comply with security processes; * Identify potential areas for improvement in existing processes; * Coordinate requests with partners/third parties; * Serve as the focal point for reporting physical security incidents within the distribution center; * Populate and monitor incident metrics across security operations; * Develop process indicators using available databases to ensure strong operational performance. * Conduct process audits to evaluate the correct operational execution of security activities; * Manage surveillance and GR (Guard/Response) teams; * Provide investigative support whenever required; * Support regional branch processes; * Develop/pursue solutions for continuous operational improvement, ensuring all relevant security protocols are reviewed and enhanced whenever opportunities are identified; * Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security threats; * Security Processes: Familiarity with security protocols, procedures, and policies; * Risk Assessment: Perform security assessments to identify risk areas (risk factor, inherent and residual risk) and 5x5 risk matrices, action plans, and determine requirements for electronic security; ***What You Need to Take on This Challenge*** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Private Security Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Microsoft Office package; * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate Microsoft Office package; * Google Workspace; * BI tools Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree * Meal allowance * Mobility allowance * Gympass * Performance bonus
