Full management of store operations We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our HERING unit at Itaú Power, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of targets, and efficient team management. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN STORE MANAGEMENT OR VR: 2 YEARS **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily store operations * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Monitor and ensure achievement of targets and performance indicators (KPIs) * Control inventory, restocking, and store organization * Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards comply with brand guidelines * Manage staff scheduling and administrative routines * Drive customer retention and continuous improvement of the shopping experience **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a store manager or team leader in fashion retail * Proactive, organized profile with a results-oriented mindset * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Completed high school education (college degree is a plus) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with the Hering brand or casual fashion retail * Knowledge of sales techniques and visual merchandising Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$4.260,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Free parking * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
