Foster team engagement by providing guidance and support. **Project Coordinator** =================================== TOTVS \| Belo Horizonte \- MG \| Hybrid Job Description Lead the delivery of TOTVS ERP solutions (Protheus, RM, Datasul) focused on the Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics segments, ensuring client success, adherence to deadlines, costs, and scope, and portfolio financial health. Your role is to be the "owner" of the project, mobilizing teams and resources to transform the contract into tangible outcomes and lasting client satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead and manage high-complexity ERP implementation projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budget, and scope. * Act as the focal point for client and internal/external stakeholder relationships, ensuring transparent and effective communication of results. * Monitor and manage project financial health (ROL, Margin, EBITDA), identifying risks and opportunities for new services. * Ensure adoption of the TOTVS Implementation Methodology (MIT) and industry best practices (PMI/Agile). * Foster team engagement by providing guidance and support for continuous development. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant fields; * Experience in Project Management within the Industrial/Manufacturing/Supply sectors; * Experience and expertise in TOTVS ERPs; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile \- Scrum/Kanban); * Understanding of project financial indicators (ROL, Margin, EBITDA). * Availability for hybrid work, including on-site presence with clients in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas. Desired Qualifications IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD: * Project Management certification (PMI, Scrum, or similar) * Knowledge of TOTVS Methodology and Implementation (MIT).
