#### **About the position:** Responsible for planning, managing, performing technical analysis, and controlling engineering projects, construction works, and operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and corporate standards. Also involved in developing technical solutions, optimizing processes, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring operational efficiency of engineering and facilities activities. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Analyze technical data, reports, and specifications to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in engineering projects and processes. * Develop and implement engineering solutions, from conception through validation, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards. * Provide technical and analytical support to project teams, assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring of activities. * Collaborate with other company departments (production, R&D, quality, procurement) to ensure integration and alignment of engineering activities. * Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and operational procedures. * Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and management reports. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects or modifications to existing projects. * Monitor engineering performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions when necessary. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Experience in construction management, engineering, and facilities * Experience in contract management, budgeting, and planning. * Experience in industrial or retail environments is a plus. * Construction planning and control * Experience in contract management * Performance indicator management * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Project #### **Desirable qualifications (advantage):** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Engineering or Project Management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). * Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Break: 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch * Extended to PwD
