Job Summary: The Production Assistant I supports operational activities on the frozen snack production line, participating in processes from pre-preparation to packaging while ensuring workplace organization and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Supports frozen snack production at all stages. 2. Contributes to the organization and cleanliness of the production environment. 3. Develops practical knowledge of manufacturing processes. The Production Assistant I is responsible for supporting operational activities on the frozen snack production line, participating in pre\-preparation, preparation, shaping, inspection, freezing, and packaging processes. Handles raw materials, prepares doughs and fillings, replenishes and performs basic operation of production machinery, and assists in quality control, weighing, product identification, and storage. Also contributes to organizing the production environment, cleaning and maintaining machinery, equipment, and utensils, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, hygiene, quality, and occupational safety standards. This role is considered an entry-level training position, where the employee develops practical knowledge of the factory’s production processes. * Assist in pre\-preparation of ingredients by performing weighing, sorting, and preparing inputs according to the production schedule. * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines. * Collaborate with the production team, working integratively to achieve established goals. * Record production-related information and data to ensure product traceability. * Follow food safety and occupational safety regulations to safeguard employees’ physical well-being and product quality. * Participate in company-provided training and capacity-building programs to enhance knowledge and skills. * Carry out production procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Identify, record, and store daily dough and filling production; * Assist other colleagues with their tasks as needed; * Keep the workplace, machinery, and tools clean and organized. * Work in compliance with technical safety standards. * Perform production batch identification, recording, and control in accordance with internal guidelines.
