Job Summary:
The Diagnostic Support Coordinator is responsible for managing personnel, processes, resources, and outcomes in Clinical Pathology, ARMATBIO, Transportation, Radiography (X-ray), and Dentistry, as well as supporting the management of medical-hospital equipment.

The Diagnostic Support Coordinator is responsible for managing personnel, processes, resources, and outcomes in Clinical Pathology and ARMATBIO, Transportation and patient transfers, Radiography (X-ray), and Dentistry, as well as providing support for Medical-Hospital Equipment Management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **Develop, update, implement, and monitor clinical care protocols and routines** for the departments under their responsibility, ensuring team adherence and activity standardization.
* **Plan, organize, coordinate, execute, and evaluate activities** of the managed departments, ensuring proper functioning of units and structural organization according to institutional guidelines.
* **Manage and monitor work processes** of services under their responsibility—including Pathology, Radiology (X-ray), Dentistry, patient transportation and transfers—ensuring compliance with protocols and best practices.
* **Ensure quality and safety in laboratory processes**, including biological sample collection, temporary storage, shipment of biological material, test traceability, and technical support to involved teams.
* **Serve as liaison with service providers and the clinical staff**, ensuring appropriate service execution, timely release of laboratory results, and fulfillment of clinical care demands.
* **Manage service provider contracts**, especially for Clinical Pathology, monitoring contractual clause compliance, conducting periodic supplier evaluations, technical visits, and financial validations for payment.
* **Monitor and address non-conformities, risks, and processes**, maintaining up-to-date documentation such as Customer-Supplier Chain, Process Map, Risk Matrix, and departmental records.
* **Participate in medical-hospital equipment management**, jointly with Clinical Engineering, ensuring safe and appropriate equipment use.
* **Participate in institutional planning**, including annual budget preparation, execution of strategic projects, development of clinical care guidelines, and tracking of goals and outcomes.
* **Manage personnel and support technical teams**, coordinating technicians’ work, providing technical-scientific support, and promoting interdepartmental integration.
* **Monitor health regulations and alerts**, performing daily checks of ANVISA alerts and ensuring compliance with current regulations.
* **Manage clinical care indicators and information**, feeding data into the Clinical Profile, preparing annual reports, and responding to customer feedback related to departments under their management.
* **Participate in institutional committees, nuclei, and related activities**, whenever convened by the institution.
**Education and Experience:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and specialization in Biochemistry;
* Hospital Management specialization preferred;
**Specific Knowledge:**
* Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Quality management systems
