Opportunities for professional growth and development **Job Description:** Responsible for ensuring organization, accuracy, and optimization of storage and product picking processes. The professional will manage the team, conduct periodic inventories, and ensure adherence to deadlines as well as quality control over goods inflows and outflows. **Responsibilities:** * Manage, supervise, and coordinate the team. * Control and monitor the flow of goods inflows and outflows. * Conduct periodic inventories and ensure record accuracy. * Implement and optimize storage and distribution processes. * Analyze stock reports and identify improvement opportunities. * Ensure warehouse area organization and cleanliness. * Collaborate with other departments to meet demand and minimize product shortages. * Monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in management roles * Agility and organizational skills * Experience working under pressure * Leadership and team management skills * Knowledge of inventory control and warehousing processes * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactivity * Completed high school education; a degree in Logistics or related fields is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Dental insurance * SESC MG membership * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Performance-based bonus * Attendance bonus * Opportunities for professional growth and development.
