Job Summary: Assist pharmacists in hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, and chemotherapy pharmacy activities, developing practical skills in the Pharmaceutical Care and Pharmaceutical Care cycle. Focus on humanization in patient care and life-centered care Assist the institution's pharmacists in activities related to hospital pharmacy, clinical pharmacy, and chemotherapy pharmacy (CT), developing practical skills in the Pharmaceutical Care and Pharmaceutical Care cycle, in accordance with resources available at Instituto Mário Penna **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitoring of pharmaceutical and medical-hospital supplies inventory management * Dispensing of pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies * Restocking controlled substances to pharmacies via daily quota * Verification of pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies for pharmacy restocking * Billing, production, and return of kits containing pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies * Billing and production of sealed tapes * Billing, production, and return of stop carts * Returns of medical-hospital supplies/pharmaceuticals * Pharmacy organization (bin identification, product organization) * Collection and disposal of expired pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies * Receipt of controlled substances from Category C * Clinical Pharmacy (inpatients and ICU patients): * Pharmaceutical anamnesis * Medication reconciliation * Monitoring of pharmaceutical interconsultations * Pharmacotherapeutic monitoring * Medication administration guidance via nasogastric tube/catheter * Monitoring of technical validation of prescriptions * Monitoring and restocking of non-standardized pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies * Adverse drug reaction monitoring * Monitoring of request, evaluation, and dispensing workflow for non-standardized pharmaceuticals and medical-hospital supplies * Weekly count of non-standardized pharmaceuticals * Chemotherapy Pharmacy (clinical and supervisory activities): * Patient counseling at initiation of oral treatment * Patient counseling at initiation of intravenous chemotherapy treatment * Monitoring/adherence to oral chemotherapy treatment * Adverse drug reaction monitoring * Recording of Ministry of Health pharmaceuticals in the SIGAF platform * Pharmacy organization (bin identification, product organization) * Restocking controlled substances to pharmacies * Separation of medical-hospital supplies/pharmaceuticals * Labeling **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Pharmacy program. * Completion of courses in Hospital Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy; DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Experience in Hospital Pharmacy. **Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance; **Meals:** Meal Allowance/Food Allowance amounting to R$ 14.30 per workday. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 800.00 Are you seeking more than just a job?
