Focus on organization, proactivity, and emotional intelligence **Customer Relationship Analyst** A **wedding decoration company** is seeking an organized, empathetic, and service-oriented individual to guide clients through their journey—from contract signing to the big day. **Your Responsibilities** * Support customers during post-sale; * Conduct onboarding and guide clients through all project stages; * Organize contracts, documents, and registrations; * Record information and monitor changes throughout the entire journey; * Prepare meetings and support the team with all relevant project information; * Respond to customers via WhatsApp, phone, and email—ensuring prompt, warm, and solution-oriented service. **We Are Looking For Someone With** * Experience in customer service, relationship management, post-sale support, or administrative routines; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage processes; * Emotional intelligence, proactivity, and solution-focused mindset. **We Offer** * Salary negotiable * Meal allowance of **R$ 300.00**; * Quarterly bonus of **R$ 300.00 to R$ 500.00**, based on performance; * Working hours from Monday to Friday, **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**; * On-site work in the **Caiçaras neighborhood – Belo Horizonte/MG**.
