This professional will serve as essential operational support, handling both sales floor organization and assistance with sales closing. We seek someone agile, detail-oriented, and energetic enough to thrive in a dynamic outlet environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Cashier Operations:** Accurately perform cash register opening and closing procedures, process payments, and ensure financial integrity (including cash float management). * **Organization and Restocking:** Maintain a fully stocked and organized sales floor, ensuring immediate restocking of sold items and standardized shelf presentation. * **Sales Support:** Assist sales staff in locating sizes in inventory and providing basic customer service. * **Inventory Management:** Support merchandise receiving, verification, labeling, and product organization in the stockroom. * **Store Care:** Maintain general cleanliness and organization of the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Logistics:** Must have **easy access to the Só Marcas Outlet** in Contagem. * **Availability:** Full schedule flexibility for mall shifts (including store closing, weekends, and holidays). * **Profile:** Exceptional organizational skills, physical agility for restocking, and strict attention to financial operations (cash handling). * **Education:** Completed high school education. * Prior experience in shopping mall or outlet stores is a plus. **Benefits** * Fixed Salary: R$ 1\.584,00\. * Cash Float Allowance: R$ 118,00 * Transportation Benefit and Meal Voucher. * Discounts on brand products. * Training and growth opportunities within a global brand.
