Participation in public procurement processes Job Description Grupo Classic is an organization composed of four companies operating in the musical instruments and logistics solutions sectors. The group began operations in 1966 with the founding of Serenata, which has grown over the years and become one of the most prominent musical instrument retail chains in Brazil. This growth generated business opportunities that were realized through the creation of new companies: Michael and Vogga — two proprietary musical instrument brands distributed to retailers across Brazil. During our expansion, we also established Ícone Logística, a company providing logistics solutions to clients across diverse profiles and industries. Today, Grupo Classic ranks among the top five importers of musical instruments in Brazil and continues consolidating its position as a market reference in the music industry. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor and update documentation required for participation in public bids; * Prepare and submit quotations; * Coordinate with respective departments to obtain necessary documentation for participation in procurement processes; * Monitor the entire contract execution process with public agencies; * Draft commercial proposals and register documents; * Participate in public bidding sessions; * Maintain and monitor control spreadsheets. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education or currently pursuing a university degree in related fields; * Basic understanding of procurement operations; * Familiarity with relevant legislation (Law No. 8.666/93; Law No. 10.520/02; Law No. 14.133/21) is desirable; * Intermediate Excel proficiency.
