Project analysis and material quantity takeoffs **Job Description:** Work at construction sites, supporting the execution of general construction and renovation projects, and assisting the Civil Engineer in the following activities: * Contractor measurements; * Inspection of completed work; * Completion of the construction diary; * Preparation of photographic reports; * Material quantity takeoffs; * Quotation and receipt of materials; * Reading and analysis of project drawings; * Other related duties. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Building Construction (completed) or Civil Engineering (currently enrolled or completed); * **Proven work experience documented in employment record;** * Residence near the Santa Luzia\-MG region; * **Driver's license Category B;** * AutoCAD: mandatory proficiency in performing area measurements, data collection, and simple drawings; * Excel and Word: basic knowledge for preparing spreadsheets and documents. **Job Information:** * Employment type: Full-time; * Working hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Break: 1-hour lunch break **Benefits:** * Salary: **to be discussed;** * Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00; * Food basket; * Breakfast and afternoon coffee; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance.
