An environment that values respect and ethics Role as an administrative assistant in the Labor Department. **Responsibilities and Duties** Document digitization and archiving; Document preparation and signature collection; Interviews and meetings of the Technical Classification Commission (CTC); Tracking of requests from partner companies; Submission of authorization requests to public authorities; Daily updating of attendance lists; Responding to e\-mails and participating in meetings (when summoned); Verification of items and equipment in work workshops; Supporting and monitoring partnership business plans; Monitoring the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment); Performing various tasks according to departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency preferred; Prior experience in administrative roles. **Additional Information** Working hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CLT employment contract GPA is a company committed to turning our beliefs and values into reality.
