




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling supplies, organizing the warehouse, conducting inventories, managing item movement, and assisting in logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of inventory routines and preparation of reports * Control supplies (raw materials, products, tools, safety items, and other inputs). * Process technical information in records and prepare control charts and reports. * Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in warehouses. * Record incoming, outgoing, and inventory movements and manage stock levels. * Distribute products and materials for dispatch. * Organize the warehouse to facilitate movement and storage of stored items, maintaining an accurate, clean, and organized addressed inventory. * Package or unpack products, raw materials, and other inputs; dispatch raw materials and other inputs after inspection, arrange their shipments, and assist in the logistics process. * Control access to the production warehouse and restricted warehouse areas for entry and exit of items, materials, loads, and similar items. * Return site-related items and materials to warehouse control. * Comply with company and departmental rules and working hours. * Perform and ensure credibility of inventory routines; develop and submit periodic reports; disseminate and monitor deviations and accuracy of departmental processes; organize and maintain departmental order. * Communicate needs, deviations, inconsistencies, and routine discrepancies. Monitor and organize routes and fleet. * Manage control, delivery, traceability, formalized replacement, and write-off of personal and collective tools, as well as general assets held by third parties/employees. * Operate equipment for cargo handling. * Collaborate with SST (Occupational Safety and Health) to control and deliver safety items, reporting monthly balances and possible emergency vehicle usage. Return site-related items and materials to warehouse control. * Perform all activities in the TOTVS PROTHEUS system. * Basic knowledge of Dispatch activities: item and material incoming/outgoing, and fleet management. REQUIREMENTS: Completed technical course in related fields and/or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in related fields; Prior experience with ERP management systems, preferably TOTVS PROTHEUS. Proficiency in industrial warehouse routines, including fiscal document verification, storage, picking, delivery, and material write-off during service fulfillment, as well as the activities described above.
