Support the coordination of Traffic Department operations, ensuring the punctuality, safety, and legality of passenger transportation routes (regular and occasional charter services). Will be responsible for guiding driver teams, integrating manual and system-based processes (Práxio/SIGA), and delivering effective responses to unforeseen events, aiming for 24/7 operational excellence and satisfaction of customers and end users. **Education/Qualifications/Training:** Technical Course in Logistics and/or related field. **Requirements:** Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required by 24-hour operations. Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and dedication to results. Ability to adapt to change and implement new technologies and processes. Minimum 18 months of experience in this role. Prior experience in a passenger road transport charter company, specifically in Traffic/Fleet operations, is desirable. Familiarity with and knowledge of available technologies, including mobile applications (smartphones).
