Jaguar Soluções Ambientais is hiring: **Construction Supervisor** Belo Horizonte and Metropolitan Region Valid driver's license required On-site employment - CLT Responsibilities: * Management and supervision of operational teams; * Organization and supervision of field activities; * Control of tools, equipment, and PPE; * Support in planning and executing operational tasks; * Supervision of services including: * reforestation; * seedling planting; * pruning; * mowing; * gardening; * maintenance of green areas. * Basic productivity control and support in resolving daily operational issues. Requirements: * Experience leading operational teams; * Organizational skills and responsibility; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to handle a dynamic routine; * Availability for travel within Belo Horizonte and the metropolitan region; * Valid driver's license. Compensation and benefits: * Salary: R$ 3.200,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 400,00 * Transportation covered by the company Golden Rule: Employees may receive a monthly bonus of R$ 400,00 based on the following criteria: * Attendance; * Punctuality; * Organization; * Commitment; * Professional conduct; * Proper fulfillment of job responsibilities. This role requires constant operational oversight and practical resolution of field-related issues.
