Job Summary: Responsible for real-time monitoring of logistics operations, ensuring visibility, control, and proactive response to events. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and documentation of incidents to support continuous operational improvement OCC (Operational Control Center) – Operational Control Center Assistant Responsible for real-time monitoring of logistics operations, ensuring visibility, control, and proactive response to events that may impact transportation journeys. Main Responsibilities: Monitoring ongoing operations; Tracking vehicles, drivers, cargo, and operational stages; Handling alerts, deviations, and operational incidents; Communicating with carriers, drivers, and customers; Supporting the release and monitoring of operational processes; Proactive intervention to prevent impacts and delays; Documenting incidents and generating performance indicators; Escalating critical situations to responsible departments; Ensuring compliance with customer-defined processes; Supporting continuous operational improvement.
