Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and picking products; performing billing, inventory, and stock organization; working collaboratively with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization and proactivity in logistics routines **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive customers, delivery personnel, and freight carriers. Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming products. Pick and package orders. Record order items in the system. Issue invoices (billing). Conduct stock inventory. Report departmental incidents via Freshdesk system. Organize products in the warehouse to optimize physical space. Contribute to achieving departmental goals. Monitor goods delivery with freight carriers. Follow departmental procedures. Maintain an organized workplace. Collaborate with sales and procurement teams. **Qualifications** \- Completed high school education. \- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office suite. \- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and organizational ability. \- Higher education or technical degree in Logistics is desirable. \- Prior experience in logistics operations is desirable. \- Familiarity with or hands-on experience using SupraMais systems is a plus. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **We Offer:** Meal Allowance: R$25.00 per working day Pharmacy discount for medication purchases via Vidalink app Wellhub (formerly Gympass) Group Life Insurance **Email for resume submission:** rh@iceltec.com.br Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.681,37 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance Selection Question(s): * This position is onsite in Belo Horizonte, Monday through Friday.
