




IT professional with solid experience in IT infrastructure, responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of all the company’s technological resources. Performs preventive and corrective support for hardware, networks, systems, communication equipment, electronic security systems, and office and back-office operational environments, ensuring service continuity and efficient user support. Has knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environment administration, wired and Wi-Fi networks, IT asset management, incident ticketing management, and supplier relationship management. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure continuous operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and IT equipment Administer and monitor network, server, and workstation infrastructure Provide technical support to users (Levels 1 and 2) in office and back-office environments Manage communication, security, and operational technology equipment Perform IT inventory and asset control Support infrastructure improvement, upgrade, and standardization projects Interact with suppliers and technical service providers
