




Coordinate and ensure the full operation of the company's entire Information Technology (IT) area, guaranteeing the availability, security, performance, and integrity of systems, hardware, software, servers, networks, data, and IT assets, fully supporting the business's logistics and administrative operations. * Ensure the availability and stability of systems used in logistics operations (TMS, WMS, ERP, tracking, etc.). * Coordinate and supervise the entire IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, servers, and operating systems). * Manage contracts with technology, telecommunications, internet, and technical support service providers. * Administer the IT inventory and assets (equipment, licenses, IT assets, and technological goods). * Implement and maintain information security, physical security, and cybersecurity policies. * Plan, execute, and monitor backup routines, data recovery, and business continuity and contingency plans. * Manage servers (on-premises and/or cloud-based), storage, and virtualized environments. * Ensure compliance with IT best practices, internal standards, and applicable legislation (e.g., LGPD, where applicable). * Provide advanced-level technical support, ensuring SLA adherence and service quality for end users. * Propose technological improvements, automation solutions, and innovations aligned with logistics operational needs. * Coordinate the IT team (where applicable), defining priorities, procedures, and performance indicators. * Prepare technical and management reports for executive leadership.
