Collaborative work with the warehouse team and leadership **About the position:** The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving, organizing, and restocking goods to ensure the store’s logistics flow operates safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include: * Operating a forklift to transport pallets within the warehouse and support areas. * Safely loading and unloading trucks. * Moving products to storage or replenishment areas. * Restocking pallets in sales areas as needed. * Organizing products according to store standards (height, weight, category). * Maintaining an organized warehouse with adequate circulation. * Stacking goods within prescribed limits to avoid risks. * Checking labels, codes, and packaging integrity before movement. * Reporting discrepancies to the checker or supervisor. * Following safety regulations and defensive driving practices. * Performing daily forklift checklists (battery, tires, forks). * Reporting malfunctions, damages, or hazards to leadership. * Working collaboratively with checkers, receiving staff, and the warehouse team. * Assisting in cargo organization for inventories and stock counts.
