End-to-end event coordination, from conception to execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Team Supervision:** Manage assistants, receptionists, secretaries, and couriers. * **Process Management:** Organize office routines, document flow, and workflows. * **Procurement and Logistics:** Manage procurement of office supplies, building maintenance, and vendor relations. * **Event Planning:** Develop event timelines (scripts/roadmaps), defining activities, timing, and responsible parties. * **Guest Management:** Manage guest lists, invitation distribution, and RSVP confirmation. * **Team Coordination:** Guide receptionists, masters of ceremonies, and support staff. * **Specialized Logistics:** Arrange reception for dignitaries, security, interpretation, filming, and event scenography.
