Assist the team and verify compliance with company policies JOB OPENING: STORE SUPERVISOR We are looking for a STORE SUPERVISOR to join our team! The professional will be responsible for ensuring ORGANIZATION, SMOOTH OPERATION, and SECURITY of the sales environment, providing support to the team and delivering high-quality customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor customer flow and provide guidance when necessary. Monitor the sales floor, ensuring ORGANIZATION, CLEANLINESS, and APPROPRIATE STOCK REPLENISHMENT. Identify and report IRREGULARITIES, RISKS, and MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. Support LOSS PREVENTION. Assist the sales team and internal departments with daily tasks. Verify compliance with COMPANY POLICIES. REQUIREMENTS Completed High School Education Strong COMMUNICATION skills and professional demeanor ATTENTION TO DETAIL, OBSERVATION, and PROACTIVITY Ability to WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A TEAM PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience as a STORE SUPERVISOR or in LOSS PREVENTION Basic knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE LOCATION: CENTRAL REGION – BELO HORIZONTE/MG SCHEDULE: 5 days on, 1 day off WORK HOURS: 3:00 PM TO 11:20 PM** (Possibility of new schedules in the future) BENEFITS SALARY: R$ 2.294,91 MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 31.34 PER DAY ATTENDANCE BONUS: R$ 200.00 TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE DENTAL PLAN LIFE INSURANCE GYMPASS UCVS Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.294,91 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
