Job Summary: CCTV monitoring professional to assist in camera configuration, adjustment, and monitoring, ensuring compliance and supporting security investigations. Key Highlights: 1. Required Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV and monitoring systems, plus skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Strong writing and cohesive composition abilities. Responsibilities: Assist in configuring and performing minor adjustments on cameras at each site. Identify cameras requiring adjustment and directly escalate to the site’s responsible analyst. Monitor all sites daily and flag cases involving violations of the Code of Ethics and Conduct (e.g., use of electronic devices, food, bags, backpacks in contact centers; inappropriate attire or posture). All flags will be registered in the Financial Portal and forwarded to the site’s responsible analyst, who will route the findings to operational managers and await feedback on applied disciplinary measures. Assist site analysts in collecting images and videos related to offenses committed, potential frauds (systemic, financial, timekeeping), and vandalism against the company’s tangible assets. Pre-analyze files requested by the Corporate Security team—regarding locations and/or employees—to support possible investigations. Assist in image recovery to resolve service tickets.
