Job Summary: A professional to assist in logistics operations including goods receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping, ensuring warehouse organization and operational optimization. Opportunity for continuous optimization of logistics operations. ### **Job Mission** Assist in goods receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping operations in accordance with operational norms and procedures, participating in inventory maintenance and organization, inventory counts, and initiatives for logistics operation improvement and optimization. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Pick goods listed on sales orders, observing item codes, quantities, and descriptions; * Verify picked orders to ensure each item matches the order description; * Assist in supplier goods receiving, verification, and labeling processes; * Assist in system-based goods receiving, in accordance with operational norms and procedures; * Store received products according to warehousing standards, organize products, and optimize space usage; * Participate in inventory processes, including preparation, organization, counting, and verification of possible discrepancies; * Prepare customer orders for shipment via freight carriers, including contacting carriers and scheduling pickups; * Deliver orders to customers present at the store; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization. ### **Basic Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in logistics-related activities. ### **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in basic logistics routines; * Experience in invoice entry.
