Job Summary:
Professional responsible for daily cash flow monitoring, administrative routines, liaison with accounting, and team organization.

Monitor daily cash flow, verifying receipts, payment types, pending items, and irregularities for correction.
Oversee administrative routines to ensure procedural efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the liaison between the company and the accounting department for employee time tracking, payroll processing, payment receipts, tax-related invoices, and documentation required for hiring new employees.
Monitor and organize employee leave schedules and shift rotations, as well as provide other team guidance when necessary.
Communicate, advise, participate in, and prepare necessary resources for the effective execution of administrative routines and corporate events such as meetings, trainings, campaigns, etc.
Requirements:
**Education**:
· Preferred: Enrolled in Administration, Marketing, or Business Management programs
· Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel test required)
**Experience** in administrative or financial areas, including:
· ERP experience (e.g., issuing invoices, generating bank slips, collections, data entry, inventory control, etc.)
· Strong communication skills via telephone and email
· Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation is preferred
**Preferred: Residence in the Contagem region**
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$2,200.00 – R$2,490.00 per month
