Responsibilities and Duties Identify and prospect new leads: Use active prospecting techniques (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify potential customers in the target market; Qualify leads: Qualify leads based on established criteria, ensuring contacts are appropriate and have conversion potential; Map customer needs: Understand prospects’ challenges and consultatively position the company’s solutions, demonstrating value from the start of the buyer’s journey; Schedule meetings for the sales team: Ensure qualified leads are ready to advance to the meeting stage with Account Executives (AEs) or sales representatives; Maintain and update the CRM: Consistently enter and update information in the CRM, ensuring each lead’s data is complete and up-to-date; Track performance metrics: Monitor KPIs such as number of leads generated, meeting conversion rate, and efficiency of initial interactions, pursuing continuous optimization.
