Supervise and apply quality procedures in internal processes. Conduct follow-up on both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements. Manage, review, and organize quality-related documents and records. Identify, document, and monitor non-conformities in processes and procedures. Suggest and implement corrective and preventive actions aimed at continuous improvement. Assist in standardizing internal processes and promoting adherence to company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Process Analyst, Quality Auditor, or Quality Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
