Job Summary: Colégio Loyola is seeking an IT Analyst to manage requests, provide first- and second-level technical support, and oversee IT and audiovisual services. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with student registration on academic platforms Colégio Loyola is hiring an IT Analyst whose main responsibilities will include: 1\. Registering, classifying, and routing IT and Audiovisual requests directed to the department via specific tools; 2\. Providing first- and second-level support—remotely, by phone, or in person—to internal and external users across all IT solutions and infrastructures; 3\. Providing support and performing tasks related to the College’s Audiovisual infrastructure; 4\. Assisting internal and external users experiencing questions or difficulties using the College’s IT infrastructure; 5\. Managing IT and Audiovisual equipment provided by the College to internal and external users, in accordance with department-specific control procedures and tools; 6\. Supervising IT and Audiovisual service providers operating on the College premises; 8\. Supporting student registration on academic platforms to best serve academic needs; **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate or technical degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or Networking. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
