An engineering, environmental, and geotechnical consulting firm is seeking a Technical Survey Coordinator in Belo Horizonte (Downtown). Focused on innovation and quality, it provides services to various industrial sectors. **Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with the technical terms of contracts under responsibility (technical scope, deadlines, resources, risks, safety, and quality), continuously pursuing improvement. Manage work teams by assigning tasks according to project scope and team competencies, supporting execution, monitoring results, and assisting in overcoming potential difficulties. Develop and monitor service schedules. Assess risks/impacts associated with service delivery strategies. Request and monitor mobilization of resources and personnel. Keep senior management informed about contract progress. Serve as liaison between suppliers and internal/external clients. Develop strategies for prevention and/or resolution of contract-related issues. Manage performance indicators for contract monitoring. Plan, evaluate, and control resources allocated to contracts. Prepare productivity indices and technical specifications for services, including respective measurement criteria. Request and conduct necessary training for work teams. Provide technical input for developing, reviewing, and implementing company work procedures. Conduct technical site visits and prepare technical proposals.
