Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and analytical E-commerce Assistant to boost online sales, manage products on marketplaces, and contribute to growth and profitability strategies. We are looking for an E\-Commerce Assistant to strengthen our commercial team and drive our sales across major online channels! **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and monitor product performance on marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Magalu, Shopee, Amazon, among others); * Conduct campaign negotiations with sales channels; * Analyze performance metrics (sales, margin, pricing, shipping, and conversion); * Update and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions; * Contribute to growth and profitability strategies for digital channels. **Requirements** * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** (mandatory); * Excellent **communication** and **negotiation skills**; * Proactive, analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Experience in **E\-commerce or Marketplaces**, especially in the **commercial** area, is a plus; **Education** * Completed high school (a completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields is a plus). **What We Value** * Collaborative spirit, goal orientation, and curiosity to learn; * Experience with marketplace tools or ERPs is a plus. **Work Location:** Contagem \- MG **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Compensation:** Market-competitive salary \+ benefits If you thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment focused on growth, **this opportunity is for you!** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Salary: Starting at R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to the Ceasa\-MG region? * Do you have experience working with marketplaces?
